PROMPTFORGE is a prompt intelligence platform that analyzes natural language input and transforms it into structured, framework-optimized prompts for use with AI language models and generative AI platforms.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

The PROMPTFORGE platform, framework engine, and underlying technology are owned by Elite Vision Group LLC. Output generated using the Service is owned by the user, subject to the terms of the underlying AI platform used.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if the Service has not been substantially used.
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
Elite Vision Group LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spokane County, Washington.
